DIY | Chalkboard Paint Projects

Ever since I came across this DIY project I've become somewhat obsessed with chalkboard paint.  The fun, innocent, and artsy look of chalkboard has always been a favorite of mine.  I was quite pleased to discover the endless amount of inexpensive projects you can create with recycled jars and pottery plants.  Baby food jars magically transform into tea leaf storage containers, kitchen walls and cabinet spaces turn into chalkboard menus à la French bakeries.  Love notes and wise quotes become the center focus of your bedroom providing a lovely and positive atmosphere to relax in.  

Below are a few of my favorite projects.  I'm definitely going to get started on the dog treat jar for Miles. You can also purchase chalkboard paint at most home improvement stores and select arts and craft stores or get it online here.
